All-inclusive rates:
There are no hidden surprises with Black Limo Group. Your affordable all-inclusive rate — confirmed before you book — includes all taxes, tolls, fees and gratuities.
Complimentary wait time:
- From Airport: Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free wait time. Once the grace period has elapsed, waiting time is charged at $5.00 per five minute.
- To Airport: For all pick-ups, a 15 minute grace period is granted. Once the grace period has elapsed, waiting time is charged at $5.00 per five minute increment, from original/scheduled pick-up/drop-off time. If a financial arrangement is not made with our driver, for example: balance is paid in cash, additional wait time fee will be charged to the credit card used to make a reservation.
Pick-up instructions for Chicago O’Hare & Midway Airports:
- Please collect your entire luggage

Our dispatch will send a car from O’Hare or Midway staging (parking lot for vehicles located next to Ohare and Midway) and provide you with a description and a license plate number of your limo sedan or SUV, so you know which car is yours. Depending on time of day and traffic at Ohare, we will be able to pick you up in about 5-15 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
- Any reservation cancelled in less time than described, will result in full charge.
- Airport transfer & point-to-point (Local) 2 hours.
- Airport transfer & point-to-point (Long distance, interstate trips) 4 hours.

We monitor your flight arrival so that we know your location status all the time.

Meet & Greet:
Upon arrival at the airport, proceed to the baggage claim area. With MEET & GREET SERVICE ($30 additional), your driver or greeter will be waiting at the baggage claim with a sign that has the passengers name on it and will help you carry your belongings to the car.
- Greet & Meet Terminal 1,2,3 the driver will wait at the Baggage Claim
- Greet & Meet Terminal 5 International, the driver will wait between Exit A and B
Flight Delays or changes:
We must have your airline and flight number on file. We monitor all inbound flights for delays and/or cancellations. As long we have your valid flight information on file, you are not responsible for delays. If your flight is delayed and we have your correct flight information, you do not need to contact our dispatchers. We will adjust your pick-up time accordingly. If you change flights and you receive a new flight number, you must call our office at
